If you would like for us to submit a claim to your dental insurance company, please make sure to bring your dental insurance card to your appointment.
If you have a dental emergency after hours, please leave us a voice message. If you call over the weekend when we are closed, we will return your call as soon as possible the following Monday when our office opens.
